The script php-residence is a Vertiacl Markets script (bookings / management application).
php-residence is designed to manage wekely or daily rental of condominium apartments or hotel rooms. It uses a PostgreQSL or MySQL database on backend. Resrevations can be assigned to an apartment automatically with user defined rules.
Tempaltes of forms to check availability for internet sites can be created. Multi-user with privileges system.
